Yes, you can. You can contact our customer service within 30 days after received the order. Our professional team will solve the problem for you. Please check our Return & Refund Policies.

All orders can be cancelled before shipping. If your order has been paid and needs to be changed or cancelled, please contact us within 12 hours. Once in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

We provide free shipping and ship to more than 220 countries and regions across the planet. There may be some locations that we cannot deliver to. If you happen to be located in one of these countries, we will contact you to make the best arrangements for you to accept your item.

From the date of placing the order, we will ship within 24-48 hours, and the shipping time is 7-12 working days. Express shipping is also available at checkout, most times it takes 5-7 days. For a more accurate measure of shipping time, please checkout shipping policies or contact our customer service at: support@retrocyclinggear.com.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information for your item. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

Our apparel size fits most people's size. For cycling apparel, each brand is different, please follow our size chart guide to choose the size that fits you. Or you can contact us for help: support@retrocyclinggear.com.

Orders are shipped directly from our global factory in Asia or our warehouse in HK, and is delivered by your local postal service.

Full tracking is provided on all deliveries, with shipment also able to be tracked via your local postal service once the shipment clears the customs.

When your order was shipped you will receive an email of the shipping details. But the tracking info may not updated at the moment, please wait.

For some carriers, it takes 2-5 business days to update the tracking info.

Usually, one order or orders placed in the same day will be shipped together.

For various reasons, orders / itmers may sometimes be shipped separately depending on availability of the item at time of order, if they are customized, or should they require different packaging types.

This will not add any extra cost to your order but may result in packages arriving separately.
